Sizing the tent
The area needed depends less on guest count than on layout: a standing cocktail, a seated dinner, a stage with a dance floor or a bar area do not need the same space. We start from your floor plan — tables, stage, bar, catering, circulation — to determine the size and number of structures.
What to plan for
The ground type and anchoring or ballast method, access for setup, power for lighting, sound and catering, side walls and heating if the season calls for it, and any municipal permits the site requires. These are best confirmed early: they often determine what can actually be installed.
A tent that fits the rest of the event
