for the live show.

Before he put others on stage, Ron Langlois lived it from the inside. Ten years of relentless touring with his band, Ribsteak Ron and The Prime Cuts, gave him far more than a repertoire: a hands-on command of sound, lighting, tour management and stage direction, the kind of groundwork no training can replace.

Spotted by his mentors Ricky Edwards and Gilles Cadieux, he was hired as a booking agent at Productions C.R. In 2003, he co-founded Le Groupe Prospec with Gilles Cadieux. Then, on May 1st, 2005, he launched Montreal Talent Agency to devote himself fully to live events.

Twenty-one years on, the agency still shines across the events, festival and corporate scene, carried by clients loyal since day one: Club Med America, Labatt, the Montreal Grand Prix, the Grands Poutinefest and many more. Today, Montreal Talent Agency is also moving into concert venues, exclusively representing Quebec's finest tribute bands.
