This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25). Information We Collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us: Event quote form: name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event (type, date, location, budget, requested artists). Club Med application form: name, contact details, professional and artistic information, and any documents, photos or videos you choose to send us. Correspondence: information contained in emails or messages you send us. We do not collect any personal information without your knowledge and we do not carry out any profiling.
Use, Disclosure and Retention
Your information is used exclusively to: respond to your quote requests and suggest suitable artists and services; process artist applications (including, with your consent, forwarding them to Club Med as part of an application); and follow up on our exchanges. We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting, file storage, email delivery), who act on our behalf and are required to provide equivalent protection. Some providers may be located outside Québec; where that is the case, we ensure the information receives adequate protection. We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. We apply reasonable security measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access, backups) to protect your information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (for example, remembering your display language or the secure session of the administration area). These cookies are not used for advertising tracking or profiling. If audience measurement tools were to be added, this policy would be updated and your consent would be obtained beforehand.
Your Rights
In accordance with applicable Québec law, you may at any time: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete; request its deletion (right to erasure); withdraw your consent to its use or disclosure; and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca). To exercise any of these rights, write to ron@montrealtalentagency.com. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
