The roles we fill
Hosts and greeters
Guest welcome, registration, cloakroom, guiding guests through the venue.
Sound and lighting technicians
Setup, operation and teardown of sound, lighting and video systems.
Stage managers and crew
Load-in, stage changes, artist coordination and run of show.
Bar and catering staff
Bartenders, mixologists, servers and support for caterers.
Setup and teardown
Tents, stages, décor and equipment installation on site.

Event hosting, announcements and audience engagement.
How it works

- We add your profile to our freelance pool and contact you when an event matches your skills and schedule.
- Each contract is confirmed ahead of time: date, hours, location, role and conditions.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need event experience?
- Experience helps, especially for technical roles, but some hosting and support roles are open to motivated beginners. Tell us what you have done so far in the form.
- Where are the events?
- Mostly in Greater Montreal, and elsewhere in Quebec depending on the season and the events booked.
- Is it full-time work?
- No. These are freelance, event-by-event contracts. You accept the dates that suit you.
- I am a musician or performer. Is this the right form?
- No — artists should contact us through the contact page, or through the Club Med Artists program for resort engagements.
