A successful event brings together a dozen suppliers who have never spoken to each other: the venue, sound, lighting, stage, caterer, bar, hosts and performers. When each is booked separately, you end up doing the coordination — and that is where things get missed. MTA takes the event on from start to finish: one contact, one schedule, one person accountable on the day.

What turnkey planning includes
Entertainment, drawn from a network of more than 130 artists: tribute bands, live bands, solo acts, DJs and hosts. Technical production: sound, stage lighting, fixed or mobile stages, screens and stage drapes, with the technicians to run them. Food and bar: caterers, chefs, food trucks, mixologists and sommeliers. Guest experience and run of show: hosts, a master of ceremonies, show calling. And the finishing touches: tents, photo booth, décor, fireworks.
How we work
It starts with four questions: the type of event, the guest count, the venue and the budget. From there we send you a plan that spells out what is included, who supplies what and in what order everything is set up. Once the plan is approved, we book the suppliers, negotiate the contracts, check the technical requirements against what the venue can actually provide and build a minute-by-minute schedule.
On the day, our team coordinates the setup, receives the suppliers, runs the show and handles surprises before your guests ever notice them.
Recurring mandates
MTA programs the summer season at Quartier DIX30 and produces Carbonleo’s corporate events at DIX30 and ROYALMOUNT. These are mandates where the same team comes back season after season — the best indicator of what we deliver.
Lead time
For a corporate event, two to three months ahead gives the best choice of venues and performers; for a holiday party, plan earlier, as December Saturdays go by late summer. Tighter timelines remain possible depending on availability. Quotes are free, with no obligation, and answered within 48 hours.
