Elvis Tribute
Mathieu Nardi is an artist born in 1993 in the LaSalle borough of Montreal. Since the age of six, Mathieu has developed a true passion for the music of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. This passion continued to grow over the years thanks to his grandfather, who passed on his love of music. Mathieu has always had a particular admiration for the music and persona of the King, Elvis Presley. As a teenager, he began taking singing and guitar lessons, which inspired him to take his passion even further. He then started performing as an Elvis tribute artist at summer festivals, corporate and private events, weddings, concert venues, and numerous fundraisers across Quebec and Ontario. He also took part in several Elvis tribute competitions. After winning the provincial Dans les Souliers d’Elvis competition at Place des Arts in 2013, he became one of the first Quebec artists to be invited by Elvis Presley Enterprises (E.P.E.) to perform on the main stage at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, during Elvis Week, commemorating the anniversary of the King’s passing. By the age of 24, Mathieu Nardi already had more than 10 years of stage experience. He is also the creator of his own Elvis tribute show, which premiered on July 24, 2016.
