Named to ADISQ’s 2019 Artists to Discover list in January 2020 and selected among the Top 100 finalists in Canada for CBC Music Searchlight in February 2020, IZABELLE has been described by many as a refreshing revelation, with charisma and energy that hit the stage like a bomb. With more than 16 years of experience and over 2,000 performances around the world, she has also appeared in Ubisoft’s Just Dance 4 with the song “Hot for Me – A.K.A” and on DJ Kleancut’s 2018 summer hit “Conmigo.” In November 2019, IZABELLE released her first English-language EP, Version 2.0. This strong independent production was produced by bassist Alexandre Lapointe of The Brooks, with Gautier Marinof (Marc Dupré, Simple Plan, Céline Dion) handling recording and mixing. Version 2.0 reveals an IZABELLE who is confident, authentic, and more self-assured than ever. With its pop-groovy sound, the album features catchy melodies supported by powerful, socially conscious lyrics that address current issues.
