Chefs for events
On-site chefs, live cooking stations and signature menus.
Bringing in a chef rather than a standard catering service answers a different intention: the cooking becomes visible, and preparation is part of the experience. Live stations — pasta, grill, carving, plated desserts — give the room a focal point and remove the sense of plates arriving from a back office.
The format suits private receptions, smaller business dinners, team-building around a cooking workshop, and events that call for a bespoke menu rather than a catalogue choice.
MTA coordinates chef selection by cooking style, guest count and how much showmanship you want. To confirm with the venue before locking the menu: available cooking facilities, extraction, electrical power or gas access, prep space and support staff. As with catering, these constraints come before the dishes.
