Speakers

A speaker plays a structuring role in a program: setting the frame at the opening, re-engaging attention after the meal, or closing the day on a message participants take away. Choosing the moment matters almost as much as choosing the person.

MTA coordinates selection around the profile you need — sector expertise, an inspiring story, panel moderation, an interactive talk — and around the time actually available in your run of show. A twenty-minute slot and an hour-long plenary are not prepared the same way.

To settle beforehand: the briefing on your organisation and audience, the chosen format (talk, moderated discussion, workshop), presentation and recording requirements, and the Q&A. Sound, screen and projection needs are coordinated with the rest of the production rather than in parallel.
