Masters of ceremonies

The master of ceremonies is the person who keeps an evening from dragging. They link the segments, introduce speakers, fill the inevitable gaps intelligently and pull the program back on schedule when it drifts — which it almost always does.

The role is especially useful at galas, award shows, conferences, fundraising evenings and weddings — anywhere several blocks follow one another in front of a seated audience.

MTA coordinates selection by the tone you want — formal, warm, comedic — and by the language of the event: French, English or bilingual. We prepare the timed running order with you, along with name and title pronunciation, introduction scripts and fallback plans if a speaker is missing or a segment overruns. A technical rehearsal with sound and stage management, before doors open, prevents most of the trouble.
