Event hosts and hostesses

Reception is your guests' first contact with the event, and it often sets their mood for the rest of the evening. A badly managed queue at the door is hard to recover from once the room is full.

MTA coordinates reception staff around the positions actually needed: registration and badge handout, cloakroom, wayfinding, VIP escorting, booth staffing and floor service. Headcount is calculated from the arrival flow — arrivals concentrated into thirty minutes need a different team than a two-hour window.

To prepare with us: the position plan, dress code, welcome script and the information the team must know (venue map, run of show, key contacts). An on-site briefing before doors open makes a clear difference to how smoothly it runs.
